  My roles included team leader and supervisor roles at Latitude Festival (2010, 2011, 2012), Leeds Festival (2010, 2011, 2012), The Ashes (2014), and The Open Championship (2014). My teams of between 5 -30 people were responsible for a number of different tasks including disposal of mass waste, cleaning and maintenance of specific areas of the arenas. I also had the privilege of being a supervisor at the All England Lawn Tennis Club Championships (2011, 2012, 2013) and the Olympic Tennis (2012) held at Wimbledon. My role was that of a supervisor responsible for multiple teams within the Centre Court facility. The main task was to ensure that an excellent standard of cleaning was undertaken in order to maintain the highest of standards set by the All England Club. The night shift role placed an added pressure to the job as we were responsible for ensuring the whole site was returned to a perfect condition for each day of play.
