    • Tintash

      May 2018 - now
      Senior Agile Product Manager

Project Management:My key competencies here are 1. Team Management2. Project Scoping, Planning, and Scheduling3. Communication Management. I've managed 15 projects at my time at Tintash. My skillset is best applied to products which focus on UX and visual design. In terms of the product lifecycle, most of my projects have taken products from the idea or early MVP stages to a product-market fit stage. I have a passion for cultivating teams which love to work together, and can consistently over-deliver. Product Management:I have worked on 3 Tintash products, taking them from simple ideas to the product-market fit stage. On client projects, my key skill has been to connect with clients to understand their larger goals and vision beyond the project, and to immerse myself in the product. This has allowed me on many occasions to position myself as a product consultant in addition to my duties as a project manager. This leads to developing trust which results in longer term engagements, equity based partnerships, referrals, and positioning ourselves as development partners rather than simply an outsourced IT team. Business Development: I often get involved midway through a lead conversion process. My role here is to facilitate communication between the client and our team which often requires acting as a translator between these two entities. My ultimate goal in this capacity is to define expectations and mitigate risk as we move towards project kickoff. My most notable achievement here is being able to establish Product Discovery as a viable commercial offering. Thought Leadership and Organizational Initiatives:- Introduced Agile and Scrum to Tintash, and led adoption across the organization- Spearheading an initiative to craft a Product Analyst role at Tintash. The purpose of this role would be to evaluate the commercial viability of product ideasDetailed Resume: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1F4c0ECzkd0clR5_eYbZdHm6F02lMVkQ4/view?usp=sharing Show less
