  1997-2009 worked at 45 Rockefeller plaza started as a helper and worked my way up to assistant Chief Engineer. Responsible for maintaining and operating refrigeration plant (1) 1500 ton Carrier, (1) 1100 ton York & (2) 1000 ton Carrier Chiller, as well as overseeing a 10 man crew and tasking them with various mechanical repairs & implementing a maintenance program on all base building HVAC ,plumbing & steam systems . Oversee all trades working within 45 Rockefeller plaza. Monitoring Electrical & steam consumption daily utilizing source one monitoring system.2009-2012 worked at 1 Rock, 610,620 & 600 5th ave as assistant Chief engineer. Responsible for operation and maintain all Hvac,domestic water & steam systems including 4 chillers (120 tons)2012-June 2014 worked at 1230 6th ave & 10 Rockefeller plaza as assistant Chief Engineer.. Responsible for overseeing a 10 man crew and tasking them with various mechanical repairs & implementing a maintenace program on all base building HVAC ,plumbing & steam systems .
