      My position includes developing new and remodeling projects for the UWGB Campus Facilities, including buildings and infrastructure, preparing project budgets and schedules, reviewing contractor's material submittals prior to construction to assure consistency within the Campus buildings and grounds, overseeing State DFD construction projects on Campus as the Agency Representative. Duties also include identifying projects required to repair and maintain existing facilities in good condition, and establishing the budgets to fund those repairs. Our project requests are developed on a recurring 2 year cycle through the UW-System Campus Physical Development Plan process and are submitted to the UW System Administration and UW Board of Regents for approval, and then receive funding recommendations submitted to the State Plan Commission within the State's biennium Budget.
