Formed through the merger between NMC and GRITIT, my role followed the rebrand from NMC Group to OUTCO Group in May 2021.OUTCO provide a full range of grounds maintenance, surfacing, infrastructure and winter services to our clients nationwide.My role is to manage the Marketing function with my colleagues, I am proud to have played my part in the launch of the new brand in 2021 as well as building and launching the new OUTCO website and marketing collateral.The creation of my own Marketing Plans and strategy provide a guidance to my work throughout the year, identifying new sectors and opportunities and how marketing can assist in our sales approach. The marketing plan created by myself has lead the marketing function in conjunction with the Business Development Directors plans.
