  I worked at the Chalayan Showroom in Paris during Fashion Week. This role included; upkeep of visual merchandising, dressing models, assisting sales, photography and social media. A lot of the work was in a very fast paced environment. I gained a lot of industry knowledge during my time here.

  Working in Hobbs Flagship store, meant engaging in a high intensity retail environment where there was a combination of one-time tourist customers, and weekly regulars all of which were catered to at the highest standard. I worked as a personal stylist frequently for customers attending weddings, conferences, graduation ceremonies and for the everyday. Working with the customer through the whole journey from entering the store, to decision making, purchase and leaving while connecting them to social media and newsletter updates.I also helped with the running of several events that were hosted in store in collaboration with the PR Team from the head office, which often involved more one-to-one styling and a more luxury experience. As well as often taking bridesmaids appointments.Routinely carrying out management tasks such as dealing with stock and ensuring perfection on the shop floor at all times with the standards. I styled ecommerce shoots on a regular weekly basis, sometimes assisting and sometimes independently. I was able to help contribute to the Creative Direction and planning of the collection release and photoshoot, including Press Day.I gained knowledge of product, showing my ability to become familiar with a large collection range and confidently use the pieces and learn their names.I also had a chance to use my Visual Merchandising skills while working in this position.
