  As a Product Designer at TexlaCulture, I have led the creation of comprehensive design systems for both web and app applications within the SaaS product domain. My efforts in driving new product developments (NPDs) within standard pipelines ensured seamless, user-centric experiences. I significantly enhanced UI consistency, improving design coherence from 22% to 64%, and redesigned workflows that increased user satisfaction to 75%.I directed the design and development of innovative user experiences for products like PMS, LMS, and CORE HR, collaborating closely with HR experts to address complex challenges and align solutions with user needs and business objectives.
