  Cordys is a next generation cloud-ready BPMS platform, that helps enterprises to increase the speed of change with a faster and better business process management.As program owner, I was responsible for handling execution of programs involving multiple product components in Cordys.The key responsibilities for me are,a. Planning and execution of programs assuring timely delivery.b. Assembling teams with right mix of talent.c. Managing teams across various geographies and keeping stake holders updated on the progress.d. Handling technical design, solution and reviews of product features.e. Coordinating other R&D and service teams in the company ensuring successful program completion.One of the important programs I owned is the Multi browser compliance of Cordys Business Operations (BOP) platform, that enables the framework to run on all modern browsers, was a key feature of the product's Feature Pack-1 release. Show less Led the Enterprise Mash-ups team, that was responsible for developing and maintaining Cordys connectors components ranging from backend connectors to web widgets.The key responsibilities for me in this position are,a. Handling component development using agile methodology spanning multiple product releases.b. Gathering requirements for components from Product architecture and management teams and draft execution plans.c. Handling technical design and reviews.d. Developing prototypes for innovative ideas and keep the team competitive and motivated.e. Handling customer escalations.Some of the key components we developed are Google Apps connector, REST services connector, Google Maps and Fusion charts widgets, Google wave connector prototype. Show less I was one of the core developers of the XForms framework in Cordys Business Operations platform (BOP). Xforms framework is a Rapid Application Development (RAD) tool on browser that enables developers build enterprise UI applications using web services. The framework is based on Model-View-Controller architecture and majority of the framework is written in core javascript with AJAX, HTML & CSS, and the rest in java. This framework experience made me a Web technologies expert.Responsibilities include design and develop features, propose newer features and ideas, technical design and reviews, mentoring new colleagues and handling customer escalations.I was involved in various customer solution implementations and consultancy for Cordys BOP with Cordys Sales and Delivery team.
