  I worked in the International Office at Durham University, offering assistance to a wide variety of groups from prospective international students to university staff members. I was responsible for the marketing and recruitment of outgoing exchange programmes, running activities including briefing sessions and departmental talks. I managed travel funding (including the Erasmus+ grant) for students on study abroad placements as well as providing general support.   As Conference Assistant I was responsible for co-organising and facilitating the annual Futures Conference at Finland Futures Research Centre. My main tasks included managing the conference email account, developing the conference mobile app, co-editing the book of abstracts and coordinating the presenters.
