During the Gems of War Beta Playtests, I essentially liaison between the two teams, serving as the bridge between the Community and the Gems of War Development Team. Otherwise, other actions include managing and actively moderating the Gems of War Community forum and game chat, answering tickets and helping with tech support issues.In addition, this role also involved the live moderation and setup of any Live and previous broadcasts by Infinity Plus Two on Twitch.
