Syngenta with its great Operations Management System is designed and monitored by global experts who always aim to work beyond compliance with International Standards and local regulatory requirements. As an Assistant HSES Manager for Seed Conditioning Plants, I have been involved in all aspects of HSES systems starting from assessing a location for establishing an Industry to conducting follow-ups to implement improvement actions during the site operations. I have been exposed to many different management and technical aspects of HSE during my tenure which made me a notable HSE professional. I am proud that we have achieved a "Controlled Site" rating in the Syngenta Global Audit conducted by the Global Centre of Expertise team.   Universal Voltas is an Indian-based company in Dubai that provides Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Solutions and Services for Buildings and Industries.My third project was Six Senses Hotels, Amaala, located on the Red Sea coasts in KSA. This project extends into a vast area which is divided into multiple zones. It is a great experience to work on a project which is surrounded by mountains and Sea coasts. As multiple villas, utilities and roadways are constructed at a time in different phases, working on this project has exposed me to different work conditions and work groups thus helping me to enhance my expertise further for implementing effective HSE initiatives. The Dubai Waste to Energy Plant (DWE) construction project, was my second project. I worked as a Safety Specialist from Voltas(Subcontractor to Besix), which is involved in MEP installations. As an Ex-Electrical Engineer, I have a feeling of achievement as I am working on constructing one of the world's largest Waste-to-Energy Plants. Thanks, Voltas HSE management for providing me with this great opportunity. My first project in Dubai was Dubai Uptown Towers - a construction project, of 79 floored high-rise buildings owned by DMCC, where BESIX is the main contractor and WSP is the principal consultant. I am proud to work with such diversified teams, where everyone values HSE and maintains strict "NO-Compromise" in implementing HSE System requirements. As an HSE Specialist, I am involved in maintaining the safety requirements of the Voltas Team on the site, providing training to the site team, developing safe systems of work, conducting incident investigations, inspections etc. I have a great platform to exhibit my skills and learn new things to mould myself as a Competent Safety Professional in the Construction Industry.
