  •Appointed as Tech Lead for Backup & Recovery services for one of the most challenging account considering the variety of backup technologies, large number of servers, DB Backups owned by Customer etc.•Worked on performance tuning, capacity planning, DD/AVAMAR Implementation, Mobility Separation and all major projects. •Leading DD/AVAMAR implementation was very challenging effort as it was a new technology.
