Assignment of individual and group tasks to meet time, budget and product quality targets. The teams are located in Germany and India. Order as well as development projects follow the gate process. Since beginning of 2016 a lean methodology is used to drive the order program progress, with daily, cascaded gemba meetings. Project Manager for a product development project. The project development team was mainly located at the 3 China factories, with expert resources from Europe.
