  Role: Facilitating the development of new urgent cares across the southern and eastern portions of the greatest country in the world, The United States of America. Additional roles: development and implementation of operational systems across our ever growing company; cross department planning and implementation of special projects; land location and real estate development. I train all new medical assistants for 16 clinics across Alabama to perform the day to day duties and skills that are required of a medical assistant. Some of the items that I train in are but not limited to: Front desk and office procedures, triage, medical skills, and Occupational and Work Comp procedures. I over seen clinic setup for 6 of the 16 clinics. I developed the clinical learning material for MainStreet’s LMS. I am DOT urine drug screen and breath alcohol collection certified.
