  For all three of these firms, I specialized in family law and matrimonial litigation. I was responsible for maintaining the court calendar and scheduling appointments. I interviewed prospective clients during their initial consultations together with the attorney. I drafted pleadings, correspondence, discovery, case management orders, case information statements, child support guidelines, briefs, motions and all other aspects of litigation. I met one-on-one with clients to draft and prepare complaints, motions, property or marital settlement agreements, judgments, etc., as well as maintained a case-by-case status notebook. I was generally responsible for the day-to-day operation of the matrimonial department. Ann R. Bartlett was appointed to the bench which led to my seeking employment with Rylak & Gianos where I performed the same duties. Due to Mr. Rylak’s retirement and Mr. Kearns’ appointment as the Hunterdon County Prosecutor, I sought employment with The Rotolo Law Firm, my current employer.My knowledge of the Court Rules, Child Support Guidelines, case law, legal research, divorce, child custody, support issues, pre and post judgment motions, both juvenile and adult adoptions, as well as mediation and collaborative practice is impeccable.
