At the Operations Center, I worked on processes and projects with its approximately 420 employees, in the areas of planning, telecommunications, subtransmission operation center, distribution operation and post-operation, seeking to offer a system of excellence to our customers.Finally, in Ribeirão Preto (SP), I had the opportunity to assume field coordination, working with my own teams and partners in the Works and Maintenance and Field Operations processes, managing the maintenance, automation and expansion of the electricity, offering commercial services and emergency assistance for power outages in the region.
