  As one of the the youngest appointed Coach / Assessor for the RYA at the time, I carried out:Centre Inspections for Dinghy, Windsurf and Keelboat centres.The training of Dinghy and Senior Instructors both UK and Overseas. Notably 2004 / 2005 training over 100 new instructors per annum.

Performance club development through to individual athlete centred program and associated support.Implementation of the Coach Development plan from grass roots to international coach and official training in Wales.
