Ensures that appropriate validations are carried out as defined in the approved site validation master plan, completeness off all validations, protocols and final report.*Evaluate and ensures implementation of corrective action plan drawn due to deviation and out of specifications results, customer complaints which may have an impact on product quality.*Co-ordinates and conducts training program’s on GMP/PRPs, FSMS (HACCP) & Personnel Hygiene for all employees to bring Food Safety & Quality awareness and concept of Food Safety & Quality ownership*Ensure effective implementation of change control programs and calibration of all the equipments listed in the calibration master list according to the pre determined frequency.*To co-ordinate and carry out the internal audit (FSMS/HACCP/GMP/Documents) and support in the site to meet the QMS/FSMS requirements.*To Ensure Pest Management in Plant, storage & premises. *To support the site team in customer audit readiness & regulatory audit readiness & preparation of CAPA and monitoring of the compliance of the actions on regular basis.*Ensure the periodic MRM / Quality Reviews are carried out, MOM are made and actions are monitored on regular basis.*Responsible for finished product batch release.*Responsible to maintain GMP.
