  In charge of the shorts programme, as well as assisting the head programmer in parsing through submissions on Filmfreeway, contacting distributors and negotiating fees, print transport, introducing screenings and chairing Q&As. Also assisted the head of industry across various projects, including the NI Screen Pitch and marketplace events.

  Headed up the shorts programming, oversaw the submissions panel and conducted Q&As with the filmmakers post-screening. Also was involved in chasing and negotiating film rights for retrospective screenings as well as running screenings out of the Beanbag cinema.Was also responsible for print transport and aiding with other technical needs which arose, ensuring the delivery and testing the quality of DCPs sent to the festival.   I set up this community cinema group with the help of Cinema For All's Launch Scheme. It's aim is to bring a wider range of film screenings to Belfast, as well as provide a platform for local short films to screen outside of a festival environment. Find out more information on @normalcinemaclub
