Serving as a soldier in the United States Army Reserve has provided me with a strong work ethic and commitment to an organization.   Summer legal intern

  During my summer internship I drafted briefs, memoranda, and motions for criminal cases involving such issues as expert testimony, gang criminality, and complex case designations. I assisted in trial preparation, pretrial conferences, plea negotiations, discovery organization, and sentencing recommendations. I conducted research for the Chief Assistant Prosecutor to assist in formulating future policy and regulations in the Homicide Unit.
