  Managed all the day to day operations of the office: wrote and mailed out all correspondence, updated the website, sent out all e-mail communications, organized phone banks and recruited volunteers for our elected officials. Organized an internship program providing educational opportunities for over 50 interns. Enacted a direct mail operation designed to help candidates save thousands of dollars when mailing out campaign literature and fundraising solicitations. Put together over 30 separate fundraisers which brought in over $200,000 for the Party and $50,000 for candidates.   Oversaw a department staff that worked to market and book program classes and special events. Increased registrations and year over year revenue of 1,000 classes, 200 contract teachers and 15,000 class registrations annually. Personally recognized by LERN in 2013 for innovative email campaigns that boosted registrations/sales. Designed social media and traditional marketing campaigns for over a dozen annual events that included event flyers, catalog design, online and print letters to customers and new prospects. Oversaw daily social media efforts of a team of five that increased “friends/likes” significantly. Contributed to press releases that pertained to programming department and board of directors. Through more creative and targeted direct mail marketing campaigns and working closely with the President/CEO, TCH’s Annual Fund Drive increased over 10% compared year over year for two years – resulting the most successful Annual Fund Drive in its 93 year history.Helped design a direct response marketing calendar to track 32 separate mailings targeted to specific groups that were designed in-house with tailored messages.
