      > Worked on the development of several web applications which were used by the project managers, Group project managers and other senior executives of my organization to handle the employee database and records in different functions such as visa, leave management, project management, etc. > My duties included requirement gathering from the clients, solution prototyping followed by creation of the entire database and coding/development of these webpages. The application also required periodical maintenance and re-engineering. > Some challenges that I confronted in this role were frequent and rapid adoption of business intelligence and reporting tools such as SSRS and SPSS. > I was given the opportunity to lead team of 2.
