Highlights included the following: Negotiated a $1 Billion contract for GE Aircraft Engines with the Government of Egypt. Developed and executed direct and indirect offsets for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts, including setting up an engine repair facility in Turkey and trading raw materials through a trading company. Had greater than 50% repeat sales - same customer with long-term relationship. Received 35 letters of commendation. Customers from 41 different countries in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa. Led a pursuit and won a $60M National Networked System Program in Romania. Grew the contract to $110M in five years. Completed the original scope one year ahead of schedule. Received an Excellence Award. Planned, coordinated and hosted a conference on Broadcasting Modernization in Bucharest, Romania, with attendance by 22 countries. Our customer spoke to the attendees about how Harris exceeded their expectations.Led a pursuit and won a new customer: Hosted a key decision-maker reverse trade mission to the U.S. with assistance and financial support from US Trade and Development Agency. Speakers from US Ex/Im Bank, US Commerce Department and US State Department. Customer toured our factory and headquarters. Helped customer write their Request-For-Proposal. Won the first competition.
