My role as a Regional Human Resources Coordinator, I ensured that all HR operations were done at expected time and supported over 200 field and office based staff in payroll activities, leave management, contract management, performance management, onboarding and off boarding processes , benefits management. I have from offline HR processes to full online processes to support those 200 staff members
