      Primary duties including logistical planning and management of multiple surveyors and survey crews in support of battalion and regimental artillery field exercises. Additional duties included supporting battalion operations chief in planning and management of transitional exercises as well as field operations at various installations nationwide.

Primary duties including operation of direct push and hollow stem auger drilling units as well as remediation mixing and pumping units for environmental sampling and remediation. While in this position I gained experience with direct push soil and groundwater sampling, remediation of chlorinated solvents, fuels and metals using Enhanced In-Situ Bioremediation (EISB), Chemical Oxidation (ISCO), Chemical Reduction (ISCR) and others using a wide array of methods and equipment.

      While at Cascade in Concord, I transitioned from Operations Manager to Business Unit Manager with both the Concord, CA and Portland, OR offices with P&L responsibility and overall management. While in this position, I had a great supporting cast which enabled the growth of the respective businesses by capturing a large market share of remediation services in both regions. Management included technical sales, administrative, project managers, field supervisors, mechanics, and field staff. As the Operations Manager, I oversaw the maintenance, scheduling, and cost estimating of all projects. Additionally, I was heavily involved in the oversight and implementation of new training initiatives, Health and Safety programs, and other tasks.
