  I held two Marketing Assistant roles at Boots, first working on the launch and relaunch of clubs within the Advantage Card (Health Club and Parenting Club) and then within the Direct Communications team on direct mailings.During this time I worked on a variety of internal and external marketing and communications projects. These included the creation of new application forms, training guides and intranet pages for staff, working with external agencies on the production of magazines and booklets, organising internal and external store events, the creation of new POS and end to end management of solus supplier direct mailings to Advantage Cardholders.   I was responsible for managing the marketing campaigns for all Nottingham Playhouse Theatre Company productions, visiting shows and for the Playhouse as a cultural destination.For Nottingham Playhouse productions, part of my responsibilities were for the development of a show's identity including imagery, copy and other supporting materials.I worked on the production of a wide range of marketing materials including print (brochures, flyers, etc), direct mail, emails, advertising (print, digital, TV and radio), event organisation, webpages and other digital content. I also developed collaborations between the theatre and local heritage, community, education and cultural organisations. I maintained the theatre's social media channels including the launch, development and ongoing maintenance of the Twitter account.   Working with colleagues across the institution on the development and maintenance of the University's websites.I work on the creation of web sites from brief to launch including user research, development of Information Architecture, testing, copy editing, layout design and post-launch analytics.I provided guidance and training to users of the University content management system (CMS) with a focus on developing accessible, usable, relevant and on-brand websites.
