NPI & Improvement Support for Equipment (Electrical, Programming, CAD).Successfully implemented 2nd OneBlade's replaceable shaving unit line with improved system and better performance stability.Heavily involved on Manufacturing Execution System implementation as a pilot project team. TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementations.Transition from Maintenance Engineering role to Equipment Engineering role.Heavily involved to bring success on the 1st OneBlade's replaceable shaving unit production line onsite installation & learning transferred from Europe to Batam, Indonesia. Maintenance Role on more production lines.Set a common standard for Autonomous Maintenance for the whole factory with 7 Steps Autonomous Maintenance as a guideline.Continued TPM implementation with guidance from expert & common trusted reference.
