  As Special Projects Coordinator, I perform several differnet roles. These roles include; organization, documentation, research, analyze, supervise, and coordination.I organize project teams working on specific projects within my company. This includes delegating tasks to other employees and conducting regular meetings with team members to monitor the status of the project. As special projects coordinator I report to upper management on the progress of the projects. I also schedule the meetings with other team members to ensure that the project stays on track.From a supervisor standpoint, I monitor the activity and progress of each team member as well as outside vendors and contractors. Documentation is key to the success of the projects that I am assigned to. I am responsible for collecting the necessary data and reporting on each step in the project. I use this information to prepare reports and documentation for top management, project sponsors, project manager etc.In addition to my roles as WCM Focus & Special Projects Leader, I wore the hat of database developer performing the following functions:• Code in Visual Basic to create customized reports, forms and user interfaces• Use SQL to create customized queries• Design and develop data models and database architecture• Construct, install and test the database system• Find faults in programs• Customize databases for specific needs • Train users and provide technical support• Write manuals to explain database’s function• Consult with others to assess the system performance and make modifications as required Show less
