  VP/CTO is responsible for all day to day technical aspects of Summerwood to include but not limited to the following:Implementation of all daily operational aspects of a multi-tier LAN/WAN environment consisting of Windows and Linux environments using Ethernet 10-base/1000 hardware routers/ bridges/gateways. Implement phone and voicemail solutions. Support remote locations. Responsible for overseeing daily and non-routine cloud storage, network backups and restore operations. Supervise and support 3 field technicians, 1 database manager/programmer and 1 Network Administrator. Responsible for maintenance and repair of hardware and software upgrades of all PC’s and servers at corporate and remote locations. Supervise all aspects of POS and BackOffice computers in all restaurant locations. Supervise implementation and support of web based systems currently utilized corporate wide. Implement and support credit card installations. Implementation and support of Great Plains Dynamics, SQL accounting for P&L and Accounts Payables. Maintain and support ADP Oracle database for payroll and HR. Develop and implement communication solutions for Intranet and Internet. Develop and Implement forms and databases for accounting and personnel management. Implement and maintain security for the company’s e-mail and LAN and WAN. Implement and maintain firewalls for entire LAN/WAN environment. Debug SMPT MTA functions of Web Server. Implement and monitor POP3 Internet solutions as needed across LAN/WAN. Maintain the protocols for communication via Exchange Server utilizing a Dell SonicWall NSA3500 router. Maintain all communication and security systems for company including mobile devices and web cams. Formulate and implement annual “IT” Overhead and Capex Budgets for the company. Show less
