This reduced the daily queries on people transactions with the HR from 40 mails on an average to 5 currently. Wipro finally moved into the new appraisal system after the successful pilot run of the process for our vertical. We had managed 15% more acceptance at each stage of the new system.Driving the change to move from an Annual Appraisal to a quarterly performance management system. Initiatives includes innovative mailer campaign, leaderspeak series & workshops for managers to acclimatize them with the cultural change with a systematic approach.Supporting the incubation of the Domain Expertise group within the Manufacturing and Technology BU, including institutionalizing the domain learning and assessments framework, aligning the newly formed domain group with Wipro system and creating a talent management space for the consultants to grow. As an HR SPOC for the entire domain team for our BU I have actively engaged with domain, finance and business leadership to flag talent management issues in various geographies in the domain team with backing of solid analytics.
