  My two primary responsibilities were to drive the corporate performance strategy and to create and develop an FP&A team.Delivery of the former was achieved by implementing organisational KPI reporting, redesigning the budget and forecast process (including a new resource cost model and resource cost allocation process) and rolling-out a new integrated cost reporting framework with clear and consistent reporting.Aside from the hiring of additional staff, the latter was achieved by outlining a clear mandate and set of objectives and responsibilities for the FP&A team.
