  Over my 13 years at the company, I had the opportunity to take on various roles that allowed me to grow both professionally and technically. I began by supporting process development on the factory floor, where I gained hands-on experience in manufacturing workflows.I later transitioned to creating technical documentation and engineering drawings, which provided me with a solid foundation in technical standards and processes. This knowledge enabled me to train and share expertise with colleagues, fostering a more skilled and collaborative team.I also contributed to the successful implementation of two ERP systems, where I played a key role in adapting and streamlining workflows to improve data management and operational efficiency.In addition, I developed engineering reports to improve data reliability, ensuring better control of technical records.
