Through this, I developed a keen understanding of the importance of effective logistics management in streamlining operations, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.In the realm of human resource management, I was exposed to the vital role of managing and developing the organization's workforce. I worked closely with HR professionals to assist in various areas, such as recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, employee training and development, and employee relations.During my internship, I had the opportunity to apply my theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making. Additionally, my internship provided me with insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by organizations in the logistics and human resource management fields.
