  While working In this position, I took up the following responsibilities:• Preparation of technical proposal of the equipment as per customer requirement.• Leading technical discussions with customer and finalization of technical package• Cost estimation of the internals and services offered, in line with the technical proposal.• Preparation of commercial proposal (equipment contract). By finalization of equipment price, terms and conditions, payment terms, cancellation terms & delivery terms.• Preparation of RFQ (Request for quote package) for the fabricators.• Receiving technical bids from the fabricators and performing technical bid evaluation.• Leading fabricator selection for the project, based on their technical and commercial offers.• Setting milestones for the project and getting the required resources aligned to ensure successful execution and on time delivery of the project.• Monitoring the progress against the set targets regularly and identifying any risks ahead of time.• Providing regular updates to the stake holders on the project status.• Management and co-ordination with multi disciplinary project team consisting of resources from design engineers, technical service engineers, fabricators, logistics, sales, compliance and field service engineers located in different offices and time zones for the successful execution of projects.• Working with inspection team to finalize the inspection parameters and quality checks.• Working with the logistics team to ensure that the final products are delivered to the customers located globally.• Working as a member in several New Product Development teams and supporting the team to get the newly developed designs and products through the stage gate process.• Working on maintaining and improving the PLM process, majorly for the realization and service stage.
