The biggest breakthrough that my team were create an independent information channel named Electrical Issue Magazine on Instagram (@eim_electrical) to share the latest news especially for electrical engineering students Serving and providing information about politics, economy, social, culture, defense, and security (poleksosbudhankam) in electrical engineering level . What I did was to make a study of the 50th anniversary the death of Yap Yun Hap (an electrical student who died during 'Tragedi Semanggi II'), made a study about president candidate debate in 'poleksosbudhankam' perspective, and many more.

What I did was to make a study of the 'Rumah Cimanggis' which was finally approved by regional goverment to be restored, the 50th anniversary the death of Yap Yun Hap (an electrical student who died during 'Tragedi Semanggi II', made a study of 'RUU Permusikan' so it would not be validated by parliament , and many more. My responsibilities are· Lead full deployment ( Yoko-Tenkai) Total Productive Maintenance across all production line· Make annual budget, cost reduction target, overhaul, and capital investment plan, and align that with corporate planning data yearly· Supervise Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) weekly· Supervise workshop and utility sub-department to support machine improvement activities based on schedule· Supervise flow sparepart and make budgeting plan yearly based on Key Performance Indicator (KPI)· Supervise and control overtime schedule based on budgeting plan monthly· Report and analysis countermeasure machine problems to division head & Board of Director Weekly· Optimize workflows and maintenance activities to achieve targets within the allocated allowance time· Supervise continous improvement (kaizen) activity monthly and create the strategic plan based on KPI · Arrange & supervise finding STOP-6 activity schedule monthly and countermeasure them Show less PMA Japan automotive component company ( part of Chuo Spring Co., Ltd).
