      I started as a Management Trainee and was promoted to Assistant Manager, Bracnh Manager, City Manager and Human Resources Manager. When I started the HR department we employed 50 employees in 5 locations. We grew to 500 employees and 50 locations. My job description included all HR Generalist duties such as Recruitment, Employee Relations, Legal Avoidance, Retention, On Boarding, Facilitation, Benefits, Work Comp etc.
