Management has better information regarding quality issues and operator skills. The purpose is to achieve higher productivity and also to get productivity as predicted.This system will help to capture the online quality levels at different stages (Inline, EC, AQL). RTQ enables the quality head-supervisor/supervisor/production supervisor to enter the key observations on the operational quality level using a wireless handheld PC and the data will get transmitted through wireless network to a central database server. The quality details are captured at box level. This system also captures the inline-downtime details.
