  I have been a professional in the financial sector for the past 9 years and I have extensive experience in the banking sector Iam currently employed with standard bank as the technical application support specialist. My strength is Business & IT Partner Engagement, Service Definition and Execution, People Management, Service Operations Management, Service Transition Management, Service Planning/Management and Service DeliveryI started as a test analyst for stanbic africa, testing rest of Africa applications in April 2007, my focus was to identify business requirements from a functional spec document, create test cases, create test plans, record defects and execute test cases using Mercury Quality Centre tool. I joined the technical production team in August 2010 to date as a Technical application support specialist supporting 9 applications in 16 countries for Standard Bank Africa my focus is to investigate, analyze, identify and resolve technical issues raised by business users in countries, I am also responsible for project co-ordination, testing, ensure that Change management governance us in place and implementing in the production environment.
