My team and I provided 24/7, 365-day on-call support, ensuring rapid response and resolution for network issues. This included overseeing daily operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving efficiency in fault resolution and infrastructure enhancements. I was instrumental in coordinating resources, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, and facilitating seamless communication between field teams and internal stakeholders.
