  I was responsible for promoting Japanese cinema across India and managing the foundation's social media channels. My biggest achievement in this role was organizing Kurosawa Retrospective: the largest Akira Kurosawa film festival in India.

  Working as a cultural representative at Disney's Animal Kingdom, I introduced thousands of guests to Indian culture and wildlife. Figuring out ways to engage the most diverse audience imaginable (from toddlers to war veterans) was one of the most exhilarating experiences ever.I was awarded the prestigious Disney Servicear Award for outstanding contribution to Walt Disney's legacy and promoted to the position of Trails & Operations trainer.

  - Managed the operations of Taskworld's offices in five countries- Introduced remote work at Taskworld's and helped it transition into a hybrid organization - Spearheaded Taskworld's GDPR compliance and Privacy Shield initiatives - Managed the operations of Taskworld's Bangkok office - Created Taskworld's first data science team and introduced a company-wide SaaS KPI dashboard- Led localization initiatives to enter new markets - Japan, Korea, Brazil, and France - Created a digital marketing strategy that helped double ARR for four consecutive years- Spearheaded the creation and launch of Taskworld's business and enterprise pricing options- Managed annual advertising budget of over $1 MM with positive ROI- Managed customer relationship marketing strategy for 4000 clients - Created content and social strategy for TW blog and built a subscriber list of 3000 readers- Created automated user engagement messages and improved onboarding rate by 10%- Wrote UX copy for the entire application and created Taskword's user guide My first role at Taskworld introduced me to the world of digital marketing. I learned that it takes more than just strong writing skills to be a successful content marketer. I also learned the nuances of UX copy, technical writing, and SaaS business in general. It was an incredible year, one that was humbling yet satisfying.
