  I have over 26 years of planning and engineering experience and a successful Program and Project Management track record encompassing all aspects of civil land development including land sales, pre-development services, planning and engineering services, construction phase services and post-development disposition of assets. Responsibilities have included a number of diverse projects ranging from $1 million to over $1 Billion in total development cost. Projects include sports venues, convention centers, large mixed-use village style developments, regional malls, power centers, lifestyle centers, hotels and large residential developments.I have extensive experience in residential and commercial site development, drainage system modeling, roadway design, and construction plan preparation and review. I also have extensive experience in land planning including the processing of entitlements, annexations, comprehensive plan amendments and rezonings. My skills and experience include preparing for and presenting to development review committees, Planning Commissions, County Commissioners, and City Councils as well as conducting public meetings & public workshops.In addition, I have expertise in preparing Revenue Impact Analysis reports to evaluate fiscal impacts of development and in developing funding strategies for public improvements. I have extensive experience and knowledge of the permitting procedures and land development regulations of multiple Federal & state jurisdictions and extensive experience and successful track record of directing stormwater planning and engineering including stormwater master planning, floodplain management, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. Over my 26-year career, I have worked with a number of national, regional and local banks, assisting them with selling and/or managing real estate portfolios, and worked for a number of national and local developers and homebuilders in an advisory, planning and engineering capacity.
