      Worked as a Research Assistant at the Research Department of Orthopaedics and Musculoskeletal Science (former IOMS) alongside Research Scientists and Orthopaedic Surgeons.- Developed a project that aimed to eliminate or prevent Prosthetic Joint Infection (PJI). By using Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) or innovative antimicrobial coatings, we showed a decrease in bacterial burden at the site of implant without damage to the host cells.
