The applications we test are ranging from Siebel, TIBCO, My Support, NetCrackerFuF, NetCracker CIA, WFM, Netcool. This project is about E2E manual testing offulfilmentand assurance process ofAll IP bundles includes VoIP, Internet and Swisscom TVin BSS and OSS area. Tests were performed for different bundles with different speeds on Fibre wire-line technology included CRM, Inventory and Provisioning for all use cases like Activation, Adoption, Move and Outages etc.Project# 2 : SLA Management(Feb’14- Aug’15)Description:The customer expects from Swisscom compared to the competition a quick troubleshooting. ImplementationScope of this work package is to process-SLA products for base and Employee bundlesfrom project Wimbledon SME, that relate to incident management.Key Responsibilities:• Analyzing Test Requirements and doing the feasibility study for projects, prepare test plan, test strategy. • Doing the Estimations for the test efforts and Resource Allocations• Building up multiple Business Scenarios and Test Cases for the requirements.• Involved in mitigation planning at the business level by Understanding new business requirements at early stage and its impact on existing functionalities• Created Test Cases and developed Traceability Matrix and Test Coverage reports.• Performed Root Cause Analysis, Defect Reporting and Defect Retesting.• Train teams in Fulfillment & Assurance Domain.• Testing at different stages of STLC which includes System- Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing , Regression Testing• Coordination between onsite and Offshore teams.• Handling Production Defects after Rollout. DNA is constantly enhancing their offerings for B2C and B2B customers.Qvantel is building their own customized products of Tibco like FOM, FC to DNA in Order management point of view to fulfill their B2B needs.
