  Integic Inc (now Northrop Grumman) was a start-up in Washington DC, with a mission to deliver digital transformations within the pharmaceutical industry. The company offered business process management (BPM) tools which implied state-of-the-art image and workflow technology solutions, to bring new drugs to the market in a secure yet swifter manner. My responsibilities included project management and the deployment of the software to the key customer on site in BE. Following this 2 year assignment, I relocated to London when the company setup its European HQ. From London, I supported a wider range of industries and customers and my responsibilities included pre-sales, general marketing activities. I also led a large project deliver team of +10 FTE.   Teleca AU-system (now Cybercom) is an IT-consultancy company in the Nordics. As account manager and project manager, I headed up a large program for the Danish Labour Department. Part of a digital transformation, the program deployed a new job- and CV-bank. By the time the program had successfully been delivered I led a team of 15-20 consultants spread out in Copenhagen, Malmø and Stockholm.

  SJ (Swedish Rail), a formerly state-owned monopoly is nowadays a non-subsidized train operator competing with other commercial operators on an open market. Its transformation to the open market required changes to its former business model. Thus, in close collaboration with IT, various efficiencies and swifter time-to-market for SJ, was secured. As the CTO, I was accountable for the company's overall IT-portfolio and its digital roadmap. Working with SJ’s corporate directors, my team delivered the company's Enterprise Architecture, aligning business strategies with IT capabilities. As CTO I was also responsible for the incorporation of essential IT trends into the long-term business strategies. I had personnel responsibility for 9 Enterprise Architects. Show less

Managing a group of 17 IT professionals with the responsibility for IT-development, IT- operations and business experts, the key focus was a strategic program to on-board the UK and the Dutch markets onto a common IT-platform.
