  I was in charge of sales and operations in my location which includes dispatching, customer accounts, purchasing, entering orders and invoicing. I am responsible for tracking my P&L to ensure a profitable margin is maintained. I am also the lead for any fleet maintenance needed and safety program goals set. I was tasked with opening a new location and seeing that all of the needed tools were in place and operational. I handled most of the marketing and vendor contacts, as well as, managed the delivery crews. I was responsible for ensuring on time and accurate deliveries of various building materials. I would complete this by safely using the equipment provided which would range from forklifts to 90' truck mounted cranes.
