  Enable the delivery of a customer-centric user documentation and learning support, in the form of web-based training modules, using Artificial Intelligence Generative Pre-trained Transformers type of LLM (Large Language Models). Leading the local Customer Documentation activity comprised of 20+ people. Coordinating team setup, support with adjusting way of working.Support the definition of, processes, roles and responsibilities, as well as with the team members' competence development plan, and unit level career path. Manage the lightRadio multi-standard (2G/3G/4G) base station cabinets documentation project consisting of site preparation, installation, technical description and maintenance procedures.Team size contributing to this project consisted of 6 writers (2 from US, 1 in France, 1 in India, 2 in Romania) for all cabinet types and use cases. Manage the customer documentation support for the Alcatel Lucent First Off Assistance engineers working with the company's customers using GSM B11 release. Main customers were:- T-Mobile Deutschland- Orange France- Orange Slovakia- Vodafone Qatar- CMCC (China Mobile) Documentation Processes work group lead, with defining common processes (Feature Assessment, Review, Functional Management Plan) for all wireless documentation departments part in Alcatel-Lucent (GSM, WCDMA, LTE, CDMA).
