  - Automated the process of contacting the customer throughout the life cycle of their order. Around 10,000 messages have been sent per month, facilitating the work of the Customer Success team. (PHP)- Developed a tracking system for the lifecycle of the messages sent via WATI (WhatsApp CRM tool) for measuring automated campaign success rates. (Lambda, Python, SQL)- Created a stock monitoring system for tracking the stock lifecycle of the 25,000 products in the platform for identifying stock inconsistencies (PHP / SQL).- Using AWS Lambda Functions, re-created the product creation endpoints from Woocommerce for performance optimization. Around 7,000 products have been creating using this functionality ensuring the product data integrity and server performance.- Created a data materialization process using python and crontab for bettering the query performance among the company.- Developed 16 different internal tools (purchase order for product offer creation, warehouse stock management, among others) for the operational team for monitoring, controlling and modifying the order in its lifecycle. (Streamlit / Python)- Designed the SQL structure of the tables needed for the internal tools functionalities following the normalization rules and the best possible integration with the default Wordpress tables.
