  Represents buyers and sellers in all phases of the real estate transaction including the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, development and construction agreements, real estate brokerage agreements and other documents relating to real property acquisition, ownership, commercial leasing and disposition. In addition, he represents clients in the preparation of Wills and practices extensively in the Surrogate's Court in the administration of estate proceedings.Extensive experience in real estate and commercial litigation encompassing a broad range of issues including the prosecution and defense of brokerage commission cases, state licensing violations as well as the defense of real estate licensees in fair housing litigation. He is general counsel for several Realtor organizations in New York State. Al is also an Adjunct Lecturer with New York University, a motivational speaker and instructor on real estate transactions and brokerage, a GRI instructor with the NYS Association of Realtors, an instructor with the Real Estate Institute and is an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association where he is assigned cases involving real estate brokerage commission disputes and other commercial matters.
