  I am a Quality and Production Engineer at IS4S, where I play a role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. I assist the production manager with the maintenance and management of both our physical and virtual inventories. I am actively involved in overseeing the entire lifecycle of products in our warehouse, from purchasing and receiving to shipping and returns. In addition to my production responsibilities, I am a member of the quality team. We are AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certified, and I help perform quarterly quality audits to maintain these high standards. I am certified as an AS 9100:2016 Internal Auditor, which involves significant upkeep of the company’s documentation at to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.I am also the assistant property manager, along with being responsible for our 3D printers.   Senior Design and Analysis Project: Process Optimization and Labor Reallocation

  Our project focused on addressing ergonomic and cultural challenges in workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce labor costs, and improve employee retention at Polaris Inc. The efficiency and cycle time on line 2 were falling behind the plant’s other lines. The problem stemmed from inefficient resource allocation, cultural differences between operational lines 1 and 2, and a lack of planning when designing the transport of parts. Recent efforts had centered on evaluating and implementing ergonomic improvements along with cultural dynamics. A time study analysis revealed labor-intensive areas within the zones, leading to potential ergonomic solutions like roller beds and repackaging strategies. Key learnings included the impact of cultural differences on team dynamics and retention, the importance of 5S across stations and the transportation of parts. The overarching goal was to reallocate labor to value-added activities while fostering a culture that supported retention and accountability. Through these measures, our project aimed to drive sustainable improvements in processes and workforce engagement at Polaris Inc. Show less
