  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, their family members, and significant support systems. • Screen clients for any runaway/flight risks, human trafficking, and other safety concerns. • Develop Individual Service Plans and co-develop simple and/or complex safety care plans for clients as necessary. • Provide up to date information on case status to clients, family members, and ORR federal field specialists weekly. • Coordinate and assist with completion of all necessary documentation as designated by ORR and agency standards while developing a simple and/or complex discharge plan. • Document and submit significant and routine paperwork such as progress notes, statistical reports, provision of services, daily activities, upcoming events, special concerns, varied incident reports, etc., to program, and ORR personnel.   • Coach and mentor youth by addressing and assessing barriers and completing individual service plans to address each need in variety of areas including educational, personal, occupational, and professional development. • Document case status through a variety of case notes, individual service plans, and an individual sheet of all clients’ 43needs and requests while meeting with clients on a biweekly basis. • Generate public interest in Youth Workforce and other company programs by organizing different outreach activities, promoting events, and maintaining a list of interested and potential clients. • Maintain and communicate community partners to establish sustainable referral networks and a variety of services. • Assist team in facilitating and executing a variety of workshops for our clients and the community.
